The rooms are either located on the ground floor with direct access onto the property's terrace area, or upstairs with views over the grounds and lake views. Please note that there is a limited number of ground-floor Superb Rooms that have a partial view of the lake and one Superb room on the first floor which has no lake view.

Had a lovely room upgradeon arrival . Staff were excellent especially Julia on reception so helpful , breakfast was lovely lots of choice, free parking. Room was lovely and clean, location was about 20 minute walk to the centre
