The rooms are either located on the ground floor with direct access onto the property's terrace area, or upstairs with views over the grounds and lake views. Please note that there is a limited number of ground-floor Superb Rooms that have a partial view of the lake and one Superb room on the first floor which has no lake view.

Fantastic Stay
We often come up to The Lakes, but this is probably our best place yet. Fantastic Location, brilliant room, Super dog friendly, Delicious Food, Tommy was brilliant, he couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely return.
